The Advancement of the Great Revolutionary Idea of Songun is a Selfless Gift of Great Leader Kim Jong Il to the Socialist Thought

             Ever since the Great Revolutionary Idea of Songun was first outlined by the Great Leader Kim Il Sung, and then comprehensively developed in depth by Great Leader Kim Jong Il, mainly in immortal classic works such as “The Songun-based Revolutionary Line Is a Great Revolutionary Line of Our Era and an Ever-victorious Banner of Our Revolution”, published in January of 2003, it has been more and more evident to the Socialist and Independence movements throughout the whole world that the implementation of the Great Revolutionary Idea of Songun through Songun Politics is the only efficient way to safeguard the Peoples’ Revolution, fight imperialism and achieve the final victory in the socialist construction of the Revolution, such is the Korean Revolution. 

Vile imperialists and capitalists will never allow a people their right to self-determination and independent construction peacefully, they must be intimidated at all times by the armed masses of that people in order to keep their destructive hands out of the Revolutionary Homeland of the people. Having realized this, Great Leader Kim Il Sung and Great Leader Kim Jong Il, tirelessly strived to create a strong Peoples’ Army and arm the masses in order to protect the Revolution against the imperialists should they dare strike into the Headquarters of the Revolution.
During revolutionary leadership of Great Leader Kim Jong Il, he worked tirelessly on advancing and further developing the Great Revolutionary Idea of Songun into an immortal scientific contribution to the socialist thought. Seeing the imperialist ravage, kill, and destroy people in the world in countries such as Yugoslavia, Libya, Iraq and others, Great Leader Kim Jong Il understood the historical necessity of development and implementation of Songun in the Korean revolution so that the Korean people do not suffer the same fate many others before them did.  
The victories of the development of the Great Revolutionary Idea of Songun under the Revolutionary Leadership of Great Leader Kim Jong Il, and further implementation of Songun Politics under the Revolutionary Leadership of Great Leader Kim Jong Un are self-evident. Even though the DPRK is a geographically relatively small country to imperialist regimes, even though their population is relatively small to enslaved populations of imperialist regimes, the DPRK is an indestructible steel-like fortress safeguarding the revolution and allowing for independent socialist construction  under the Immortal Banner of Independence, the Banner of Songun, and the Immortal Banner of Self-Reliance, the Banner of the Juche Idea!
The Songun idea has shown the light to the world in one of the darkest times in history for the world socialist movement. Implementation of it has shown to be the only efficient way of seriously confronting imperialism in the world. Great Leader Kim Jong Il did well in exposing and fighting imperialists and imperialism throughout the era of his Revolutionary Leadership, theoretically through advancement of the Great Revolutionary Idea of Songun, and practically through implementation of the idea through Songun Politics. The Immortal Revolutionary Banners of Self-Reliance and Songun are now carried and being further developed by Great Leader Kim Jong Un with the strength of the Korean People, and the Workers’ Party of Korea as their guide. The world socialist movement and progressive people of the world would do well in fully embracing and implementing the Great Revolutionary Idea of Songun, as it is, as has been shown through history, the only efficient way to combat imperialism until it’s final destruction!
Long live the Great Revolutionary Idea of Songun and the Seminar in Remembrance of Great Leader Kim Jong Il!
